Breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day… You will also hear “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.”
I know we are all different and operate in our own ways but this particularly works for me. I really love breakfast it’s my most favorite meal of the day.
I sometimes even have two of them. It’s part of my daily routine, I never skip it, because I look forward to it every time. This is how it goes:

A little health tip first! I most often start with a warm glass of lukewarm water first thing in the morning with or without lemon depending on my needs.
Number one it hydrates your body with fluids you might need but It can also improve digestion and Ilike to believe it just flushes your system and helps start your metabolism.
In holland we love sweet stuff for breakfast on our bread or toasts. I love to set breakfast for my family and friends. A nice welcoming table with lots of choices.
My breakfasts are usually composed of the following: eggs, bread, juices fruits, chocolate croissants, ginger shots and probiotic shots and tea but I like to vary so sometimes. I will have an avocado toast with eggs or oatmeal or even when I have more time I would make pancakes or shakes as well. A feast! 🙂

I believe it replenishes you with all the energy and nutrients and vitamins you need for the day.
