The famous Poffertjes a very old dutch specialty which is similar to mini pancakes, we love it!
This is how they make them in a very typical Poffertjes Kraam which they build up every year after Eastern and dismantle by the end of September. Butter flower milk and sugar and of course their secret ingredients. Perfect for your figure. Hahaha…

Our Amsterdam’s favourite place for a coffee
One of our favourite spots to meet friends for coffee is the Conservatorium hotel. Located in the center of Amsterdam right next to the famous art museums like “het Rijksmuseum” and “Van Gogh Museum”, the hotel itself is tastefully made with beautiful architectures and art inside.

The “borrel” /Apero is always a tradition and a good reason to meet friends in a trendy spot in town. Here we have Bitterballen and indonesia Nems. Its like the tapas in Spain.
