We love Cannes, the south of France. It represents ‘la dolce vita.’ You can breathe in the air of cinema influenced by the golden years of Hollywood. Everything in Cannes is marvelous, but It is not always just glamour, there is a lot of hard work behind the scenes.

We came to attend the Cannes Film Festival, the most important in the world and it’s been a beautiful experience. In addition, Antonio’s Award for ‘Best Actor’ in ‘Dolor y Gloria’ has been the highlight of these days in Cannes. During this edition of the Cinematography Festival, they gave recognition to Antonio Banderas. My love was so happy.

It was not only red carpets in Cannes, we also had time to meet with friends and enjoy the pleasures offered by the French Riviera.

 

The premiere of ‘Dolor y Gloria’ with all the team in the film

 

The premiere of ‘Dolor y Gloria’ in Cannes was fantastic. The cast was amazing. Antonio, Penélope, Asier… were very excited. They were very happy to show the public the good work they’ve done, along with Pedro.

My sister Barbara came to the premiere, we loved the experience and exchanging impressions with people in the industry. It was very exciting.

In the photo, you can see our looks. Both our bags are Lady B’s Dark from our Baniki collection in color black and gold. I wore a black dress by Pronovias and Barbara wore a black dress by Flora Bridal. Spectacular looks for a very special moment.

Lunch at the Hotel Eden Roc

 

Lunch at the Du Cap Eden Roc hotel was fantastic. The arrival at this beautiful hotel is always a very special moment. We arrived at Eden Roc by tender. There some friends were waiting for us for lunch. It was wonderful.

We had a great day amongst friends of the cinematography industry and Hollywood.

For that moment, I chose the bag model Lady B by Baniki, a long dress with a side opening from our BANIKI collection and high sandals.

AmfAR Gala, a very special night

 

The amfAR Gala was a very special night. We were gathered with friends for a good cause. We were in the spectacular Eden Roc hotel, which always is a dream setting. We had a great time and we laughed a lot. These moments, on the way to the gala, are the ones you always remember, those who create memories with friends and loved ones.

 

 

For this occasion, I was dresses by Floral Bridal, and completed the look with a golden Lady B.

The Gala awards and Antonio is the ‘Best Actor’ of the Cannes Film Festival

 

It was a night to remember forever. I am very proud! Antonio’s won the ‘Best Actor’ award at the Cannes Film Festival, for his role in ‘Dolor y Gloria,’ which turned the gala into an unforgettable moment.

 

I will definitely remember that day. We arrived at the festival in a helicopter; (not my favourite thing as I get scared of flying) went to the red carpet feeling, nervous and excited at the same time. The night turned out to be a big success as the jury awarded Antonio the palm for Best Actor.
